- If you are interested
in having a truck in the show, make sure your registration form
is in to them by May 14/2010. The show is two days but the club
is only particpating on the Saturday (06/12/2010).
- 06/19/10 - 06/20/10:
Bearberry Camping Trip (club contact, John Barge - jbarge@shaw.ca)
- For the last weekend
of June, we will be doing an off roading trip in the area west of
Sundre. The campsite is around 40 km / 30 minutes from Sundre. The
plan will be to start early on Saturday (9/9:30) from camp and explore
the trails in the area. I will be heading out Friday evening, but
people could drive out Saturday morning if they are willing to get
up early enough. We will be exploring trails that are new to us
so the level of difficulty and overgrowth is unknown. The campsite
is large, nice and private with access to a creek. It does require
4WD to access, so RVs are a no go. Bill seems to think there is
good fishing in the area, so if that is your thing, you should be
able to find the time. The campsite is a short drive from the Red
Deer river. If you have any questions, let me know. I'll send out
